  • In The Beginning

    Worked chest, tris and abs. Felt pretty good. I did not like the ab workout, seated twists. I did not feel anything except pain in my neck. I also walked for 2 min, ran for 5 min, and walked again for 5 min. Looking forward to tomorrows workout.
