I know, what the F? Update: Deadlift-495, squat-495. Up 10 pounds in squat from last week. Deadlift...I'm not gonna try for a month or so because I don't want to drop a kidney like I did the first time I tried to max out. -------------- If you joined the powers of TSMD and 7707Mutt, it would equal that of a freight train! |

mutt: sucks doesn't it? I am not complaining about our snow, only got 2 inches this weekend...No big deal!
Pissed off about my knee though...Have had 5 operations on the damn thing, haven't had to deal with this crap for about 7 years...Not much swelling, and walking seems ok, stairs on the otherhand hmmmmm....Anyway, I got the 108 rooms of carpet pulled, and 4 apartments prepped for painting...I need to paint the apartments, and refinish a couple of cabinets, and I am done with that side job until about the middle of January...Not sure if I will go back to it, or not...Wife was not let go at her job...Amen |

Work does seem to be a necessary evil Mike and Mutt. I can't seem to shake it either. Mike that knee cap is definatly not supposed to travel around your leg in circles. I took my week off 2 days early because my shoulder made this god awful racket and hurt like hell while doing db presses. It seems to have settled down except for little shooting things which travel down my arm when I hit a certain position. Whats that all about?? I am doing abs and legs only until Sunday. That will actually be 10 days off.
Jdelts squats and deads look awesome. That only about 200 lbs above mine and I'm twice your age... So WORK HARDER WHIPPERSNAPPER. Kidneys are like kneecaps... they should stay where they belong. I think Muttersnapper is sandbagging us. He quit posting his journal and I think he is secretly slipping past 400 on da deads. -------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie

Most likely the ole muttsnapper will come back with 500lb deads, and a 400 lb squat...
I know that knees are not suppose to do that, but my joints do not match up with the rest of my body...Genetically flawed...So, if anything goes the wrong way on me, it will be the joints.... Left knee- opened up once, scoped 4 times... Right knee- scoped 3 times... Knee replacement was discussed when I was 17, got a second opinion, still have the same ole knees 20 years later... Anyway, now I am pursuing one of gatormades bench workouts. My bench is terrible, and am hoping to get some guidance from him... Talk at ya later, Snap Crackle N Pop |

Let Tricia play. You young pups need all the help you can get.
Tricia, the key to winning this thing is propper diet. Make sure you visit Pizza Hut and Papa Jons regularly. Krispie Cream will round out a proper training diet. Muttersnapper is real partial to pop tarts so those must be good too. -------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie

oatmeal w/egg whites & a shot of Mad Dog!
Did I say Mad Dog? How can Mad Dog be considered a wine? No Way; pretty dang close to Niquil(sp) if you ask me.... It's early, so, a white zin would work... Ah come'on tuna and salsa ain't so bad. You got to use mild salsa...the spicy stuff is horrible with it. Or, just chop tons of tomatoes and onions and mix them with the tuna.

Sissy, sissy, who you calling sissy?! Oh, extra onions would do the trick...You ever seen a monkey in heat?...That poor butt is soo red and swollen, God, I will never be the same...Mild salsa, what is a good mild salsa to get? Haven't found one that I like; gotta have that salsa that says; HEY-I am going to open up your tastebuds with my garlic, clean your sinuses out with my peppers, and aid your digestion with my formula of nucleur hell...I like the salsa that crackles like a fire...Ummmmmm good; never had the problem with monkey butt until I put it with tuna!
Sissy! I feel like I have a butt that is about 6 axe handles across, thanks to salsa and tuna...Sissy! Well, you can just *&^%&&^ and *&(&*^*(&^!!!! Ok, I feel better now....Have a great day, off to get some ice... Bye for now, Mr. Monkey Butt |

Well I have been eating 5-10+cans a week for years and feel/have no side effects. tricia, ya gotta die from somthing. Seriously though I think the gov says its only a problem if you are pregnant or eat more than a can a day.
