You iron monsters depress me with your talk of million pound personal records and 21-inch biceps, so I tend to dismiss such posts pretty quickly - you know, fragile ego! As I recall, I was ready to throw a party for hitting 100-pound BB curls (for some feeble number of reps, I'm sure) before the alleged post surfaced. Needless to say, I was humbled (yet again) by the numbers you guys posted - whatever they were. TSMD

I watched their concert at I believe it was Wimbeldon(someplace like that in England) a bunch of times. To bad Freddie had such a "different" lifestyle. Could still be making some great music. And Ostrich burgers, you are correct. Very lean protein. Very nutrient dense also. Think about it, a bird that can run what, 35 mph.? Has to be pretty lean. In Yellowstone, this big ass buffalo took exception to the way our car looked when we stopped for a picture. Well we were happy to be in a big gas guzzling American V8 because he would have caught us in the Honda. Where can I buy this buffalo burger?? Also I am now using the Training Log, Thank you Charlie for the info. Thank you Ron for showing me where it was. No weight loss yet, at least I don't think there is I have been staying away from the scale. Clothes are fitting a little different though. It is so good to be back in the gym. I didn't know that I missed it so much. PS for everyone info, I am not using Ron as my personal trainer on this one. Gotta gain that weight to lift that weight! I promised myself "no more powerlifting"... I'm up to 225 which I promised myself I would never be again unless it was all lean muscle(which it is not!).
