One lift of 405lbs is about 820J of work. (Assuming you lifted it at a constant speed the length of your femur - estimated to be 1.5ft)
So, if you could put that much energy into launching a cat weighing 5lbs, your maximum distance would be about 75m. ( if you threw it on a flat surface at a 45 degree angle) Great work Charlie! |
