I have been trying to break a 9 minute mile for the last little while, and succeeded doing that about 2 hrs ago.
clocked in at 8.9 min mile at 6.5mph wooohoo. It only gets better. Not bad for a young old fart!

Wow...I know you have been trying this for a while Carivan! Persistance and training pays off. You have shown everyone that plateaus are meant to be broken through. Congratulations to you buddy! Is there a better feeling than breaking a plateau?

Thanks for the kudos guys and gals.
One thing i have to say is, it's motivation from people like yourselves, and a little bit of one's will.
Fryer I am up to 35 pounds now on squats;
Mutt ...GEEZERS will always rule!
Jdelt, the 8.5 will come sooner then later.
And BB1fit persistance and traing pays after I pay the trainer!
Again keep posting all your success stories, it motivates others.
A will finds a way!

I'm just dieing for one of them kks. But having the hot original at 12grams of fat won't help bring my bf down.
One is never satisfying, so none is better at this point. Thanks for your permission AZ and fryer, I'm still not sure about a slider. I knew a girl once......
