Back on the stationary bike. Did about 38 minutes... tried to keep the heart rate at about 135bpm... did well.. burned about 250 calories and pedaled about 12.4 non-moving miles.
May do some sled pulling tonight. See if my kid is up to it.

I did basically some circuit training with high intensity low wt. Here what I came up with at the gym....basically i did not stop moving thru the entire routine. I I realy needed to catch my breath, I walked.

Total time was about 9:15. I did ten reps of 155 pounds for about 150 feet each rep. I think I over estimated last time so I'll use this as my guide.
