From my numbers going back to Nov 4th 2004 up until today, 96 days later I have come up with these findings.
Reduced 16% bf
Present bf at 10%
reduced 26lbs of fat
gained 27lbs of lean tissue.
actual weight went from 164-165

Still shaking my head in back and forth.

Guess thats why the clothes look big in my pic!

I do a couple of bike marathons in season, but this lifestyle is a passion for me.
Also I am presently studying to become certified as a personal trainer.

Oh, I forgot to mention....

No fat burners except real food.
The only supp used here is protein.
Some days I was constantly eating every hour and a half.
Programs I used were from here on FT with a little cheating on my own.

Great job Carivan. I'm in the same boat as you...started at 22% bf and shooting for 15%...also 165 lbs. Been going for 3-4 weeks now and am trying to schedule a BF measurement with a trainer at my gym...hopefully get it Wednesday but expect to see a good difference even though my weight hasn't gone down but a lb.

I also wanted to add to my previous post congratulating you that you have given me, and hopefully others, a good reason to toss out the scale! A one pound weight gain would of freaked so many newbies into giving up when it was the inches, like Charlie said, that tell the true story! You guys are always soooooo right!
