For the last 1-2 months I've been working on building up more strength and today I just found my new max for bench press. I managed to push one repetition of 60kgs/132lbs!!! (I actually did two sets of one rep -wasn't able to do a second one!! ;o)
Quite happy about that one!!! (o;

I want to push 155lbs one day though........

Thanks everybody!! (o:

I did a sort of power lifting routine working with 75-85% of my max (which was 55kgs/121lbs before).
I just concentrated about this for 5 weeks without trying to push any further.
It worked!..... (o;

Just wanted to share with you my week of records! (o;
I really enjoyed what I've been doing and I guess you could see it in my lifting. Here are some weights:

Military presses: 2 sets of 8 reps with 30kg/66.1lbs
Close grip presses: 6 reps with 40kgs/88.1lbs
Close hand pull downs: 2 reps with 70kg/154.2lbs
Standing BB curl: 5 reps with 37kg/81.5lbs
DB inclines presses: 5 reps with 19.5kg/43lbs

Keep on rocking the heavy weights, Nina!!!
Your pictures and weights should prove to women that heavy weight lifting doesn not make you bulky or masculine!
Good work!

You look great in your photos - but you look like you have longer limbs, a little harder to bulk up.
Are you on a mass gain program?
2 reps is very low, maybe try a weight you can move 6 times, I seem to gain muscle very well with a 6-10 rep range, usually to failure.
Good luck!
