When I joined I was a pretty fat dude, not so much anymore. :) Everytime I logged in I would go to the overweight forum, I will start checking in here now, it seems more active.

I just joined today and I really like how I get a say in my entire plan.I love that you have support from other people who are trying to lose weight as well.

I am still loving this website...been using it not for only about 8 weeks but seeing GREAT results. deff. getting a lot more toned...and I can feel the difference in strength

well i kneed to loose a lot of weight and dont you hear that all the time well i am young acualy verry young every one makes fun of me but all of my friends say im not fat but i hate my self im 4'10 and weigh 135 and kneed to loose 45 pounds by the time i go back to school i mean it sucks i hate my life because of fat i wish i could loose 50 pounds with a snap can anywone help me please can anywone help me caz theirs no were left to go and thats the truth havnt u heard that before but serously its the truth and i hate it i mean serously you would feal the way i would caz i HATE MY LIFE BECAUSE IM OVER WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

Niley, many others have felt your pain. You are not alone. Have you come up with any plans to achieve your goals. That is the first step. Loosing weight is not an overnight endeavor, it takes setting a goal and working towards it over time with a well constructed plan. Start simple. The first thing you should look at is cleaning up your diet. Get rid of as much sugar and processed carbohydrates as feasible. After that, commit yourself to an organized physical fitness plan. Resistance training is the best choice. Don't try to change everything all at once. This usually leads to frustration and failure.
