LOL!!! The plant pic should have been a black and white head to toe shot. Don't know what happened there.?. Will try again in a minute.

OK... I worked out 3 days in a row. Yesterday I ran in the AM and weights in the PM. Today I went swimming and sat in the sun by the pool to get work on my tan. I feel much better. Maybe I have defeated the lazy slump I've been stuck in. I sure hope so.

That's interesting...the plant pic should be you???You're making me worry....I thought I was the one with the sad PC skills!!!You and your tan...still cracks me up!!I went through that slump for a few weeks but I snapped out of it...you will too...just keep at it no matter how sucky it feels!!Sounds like your getting back on track though.I had to double up on my workout yesterday and I'm feeling it today!!I still ran...but I'm tired today!!

Keep it up Angel!!!

Aaron...have you gone MIA again????:)

5.5 miles???wow...ok...you're excused!!!School is important...so just check in when you have a chance!!!!I do miss you when you're not around!!

SOOOO....I thought I was doing so well towards meeting my goal I went and dug all my clothes that were to small out of storage...I was all excited...until I tried them on!!!!What a bummer...not even close...can't believe I gained so much weight in such a short period of time...wish it was as easy to lose as it is to gain!!!!I am better...at least my jeans will go over my knees...and some I can even zip up without having to grease myself up and use a crow bar to slip myself in!!!Kind of depressing...but I'm still gonna hang them all up...I know I WILL fit in them one day soon!!!

Yes I am a blondie. I'm gonna work on getting a better pic. That was a quick shot off my new webcam and the lighting washed out my face. I tried to put a scanned full length one in #2 spot but it will not upload? Another day....

Ok guys I am officially back on track. I worked out Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues. WOOOO HOOOOOOOOO! 4 days in a row. And going to ride bikes with my son as soon as he finishes homework.

Keep the hope KC ... they will fit soon. You are still going in the right direction. I have a couple weeks of going in the wrong direction to make up for here.

P.S. I love teaching 3rd grade. The little ones are really so entertaining.

Ok...well measurements aren't as grand this week...most of it came out of my waist last week and I think that was alot of water weight anyway...but my arms and legs are finally moving down...don't know if you guys saw my post but I saw my legs in the mirror yesterday...and the cellulite bumps on the backs of my thighs are gone!!!I haven't seen those gone in probably ten years!!!!So I'm still excited...here's my measurements:
arm 11.6-.2
chest 32.6-.3
back 32.5-.1
waist 28.4-.1
pelvis 33.8 same
hips 36.4-.1
legs 21.5-.3
For a total loss of 1.1 inches

My dog chewed up my running spikes, and I have a race this saturday... so I had to pay like 12 more dollars for them to get shipped to me in like 2 days so i gotta wear them in and everything too... so this sucks, Im thinking of running a half marathon in dallas sometime in november so that will be exciting haha.

Hi all. I was amazed to read all of your successes. I seem that you are a hard working team. I was wondering if I could join you. Im just getting into working out again. I live in Korea and plan to come home next summer and would love to get closer to my goal weight. I will have the month of January hoff to train full time any suggestions would help. I dont go to the gym but would like to move past walking and into running. Thanks

I am a mother to three and a stepmom to six more. I am 5 foot 9 inches tall, weighing in at 233 lbs. Been on weight watchers for three weeks only the first week did I lose 4.8 pounds to get the current weight I am. i work out three to four days a week on a weight machine. Walk daily 1 mile around the neighborhood. Also work out with the exercise video tapes and haven't lost any more weight and I really need to lose almost 100 pounds.

Miriam....a good starting place is 100lbs for 5' and then add 5lbs for every 1" over. So around 125 for you is what I have read....anyone can feel free to check.

Hi,

I'm James, 18, about 5 ft. 10.5, and 168lbs. I'm just looking to replacing some amount of my fat levels with muscle.

Thanks
