oops, forgot to put our stats. According to this calculator I will live to be 90.4 and hubby will be 78.2, which puts us pretty dang close to dying together. Now that's what I call planning ahead!

89.8 That's not bad. I could add the vitamin E and that other stuff that I can't pronounce. Maybe I could add another year.

A bit of a shocker--my life expectancy worked out to 103.4 years! I'd have thought it'd be a lot less since I "failed" the sleep and stress tests, and yes, I do not floss!

============
Quoting from carivan:

Hey folks,
My local newspaper had this article about "How to add years to your Life" bla bla bla bla.
There is a url livingto100.com/sign_in.cfm
Its a short questionaire and it calculates how long your life expectancy is. I will be 88.4 and my wife is 92.7
And the article....BE HIGH ON YOUR STREGNTH TRAINING.

81.1 - Good enough for me. By then, we'll have a parts factory where we can replace our old, broken-down organs and stuff anyway... LOL

88.5 - although all these things should be taken with a pinch of salt - it looks like I'll outlive people on this site who are a lot healthier than me.
Oh well, come 2060 I'll be sitting in a corner drinking coffee and eating deep fried mars bars!

I refuse to do this...I mean, face it, I look in the mirror and it is obvious that I am doomed unless I continue on my path to good health - no side tracks, no pit stops, just onward and forward. I feel the aches, I feel the pains, I feel the difficulty breathing after running up two dozen flights of stairs, so I will just go by my obvious signs of aging and not taking as good care of myself as I should and GET MY S#*T TOGETHER!!

I'm impressed I'll be 89.6 I don't think it's fair about that health question of how much you eat. I'm trying to gain mass so i was forced to choose the one where I gain weight. eh oh well. It would have probably been 90 though.:)

Your calculated health span is 84.6 years.

About average for the board here I think..... I think it dropped drastically because I have never had my cholesteral checked (even though I am sure it is low :) ) Oh well........ That is above the average expectancy worldwide at least... :)

91.8, not bad if I say so myself. However, I don't know if I want to live that long and have to depend on others to care for me. That would be torcherous!!!

Mine is 88.6. As long as I can live a productive functional life, I will be happy. When the quality of life goes down then I'm though
trying. I'm 59 and full of life

I took this two years ago and back then I was at 91.8 years. It is amazing at some of the changes that you make to your life extends your life expectancy, I am now today expected to live to 100 years old!

And I was dreading others taking care of me when dying 8 years earlier!
