I think these days I'd lean towards an ellipticle trainer. But, what I've found over the years is that I'm better off doing wts at the gym and cardio outside. Whenever I buy anything for home, it just doesn't get enough use.

Squat cage. It's versitile enough to do other stuff, too.

squat cage with a incline/decline/flat bench to slide into it. Oh yeah, and you might need some weights and a bar.... :)

you can tell who the heavy lifters on here are. :big_smile:

Free weights are for me, no matter what, you can do anything with a nice full set of olympic weights and a few bars. :):):dumbbell:

I got a very good deal on incline/decline/flat bench and a dip station

now, I`m looking into weights and a bar (7`)

what other bars bars you`d be getting ?
