Well, it has been almost 1 month (3/16 - 4/10) that I have been working out with a trainer. I LOST 7 pounds of body fat and GAINED 12 pounds of muscle! That means I gained 5 pounds, not too happy about that but I am SURE things will even out. My trainer told me I am gaining muscle like a 25 year old male! If I could only lose fat like a 25 year old male. Oh well, feel pretty good about this. I am going to be even more "honest" this month and see what kind of results I get.

Great job. Be happy about the muscle weight. Eventually it will be your best weapon against fat. Keep up the good work and soon the fat will be melting.

I just bought about 100 pounds of chicken from Sams (ok, not really) but they keep all the sweets too close to the other foods. I think there should be a law against that....
