Thats right! Its bodybuilding season and the competitors are starting their diets...stocking up on tuna and chicken, liver pills, ZMA, glutamine, carnitine, and all the other magical crap we put into our bodies for the sake of personal satisfaction and the hope of a $5 trophy...but it is worth it! Tomorrow, I start my journey into another diet for shows in late June, July and mid-August. My BF% is at 15(too high), but, hopefully I can be 3-4% by show time. Its a long, tedious and complicated journey filled with restless nights, mood swings, and bland food. Oh yes, I can't wait! Wish me luck everyone as I do to you. I must respectfully and humbley withdraw from the Mutt Challenge for it is too demanding for my fitness needs at this time.

Good luck Jdelts! Follow the plan, do not vary. You will do fine in the end. Might sound cliche', but failing to plan is planning to fail! You go!

Thanks guys, I got it planned out...I've been cutting and pasting BB1's advice the past few months and I'm ret-to-go. BB1, I know and you know that no2 can be a waste, BUT I'm seriously considering taking it towards the end...your thoughts?

NO!! At any time it is a waste! Why are you considering it at the end? If it is for the reason I think, I have a much better option for you that actually works!

Good luck, jdelts! Just remember the magic of spice blends - salt-free, sprinkle them on your fish before you bake it, it helps a lot!!!!

Thank you Asimmer, your suggestion is such a vital part to combat the whole redundancy of eating the same types of food for such a long period of time. I know I can switch up foods, but it just gets bland and boring after a few weeks and then it gets to where eating is just not enjoyable...until I discovered the no/low sodium spice mixes.

There was a recent post for a link to a website where a young gentleman posted pictures of everyday he trained for one year...I am going to construct something similar to that for anyone who is interested in seeing my transformation. I will be taking pics at the end of each day and construct a small website to show the results. Oh, I forgot...BB1, please do tell. I understand that it is diet, diet, diet, but at that last couple of weeks before showtime, I could use the push...so what do you have in mind?

Oh yes I'm on a diet as well. I don't even have a competition but a big BB and Fitness trade fair in Paris in only four weeks. The time goes so fast!
All the very best luck to you jdelts!

I couldn't get alot of info on the dosage or how long the bottle lasts....Should I not get this until the last 3-4 weeks before comp.?

I would start to use it as you get low in bodyfat, when your strength starts to decrease at all. It will perserve lean mass and in fact make you stronger. Every time I use it I actually go up with my weights within the first bottle.
