Hell no. I dropped a weight on my foot without shoes on.. that hurt like hell. It's true lol but my gym is closed and I can tell you that I sit on a towel every time I thouch a machine...... It's actually great, you feel so much lighther and free. BRETTO Posts: 201 Joined: 2002/05/25	2002/08/10, 11:35 AM Admittedly, I can understand somewhat why someone might want to go nude. Like Philia said, you definitely feel lighter and more free. When I first started working out, I wore sweatpants and a t-shirt. As time went on I took off the shirt, then wore only shorts, and now I wear only underwear. (you gotta draw the line SOMEWHERE! :0) A towel on the bench is a must though. Otherwise you'll just slip and slide; it can even be dangerous when doing something like incline bench presses with heavy weights. And a little shot of Lysol spray on the bench after workouts ain't a bad idea. The only real problem of working out nude is that one look in the mirror might shatter your motivation! LOL! Here's an image: Me, sweaty, in shoes, socks, and briefs. Even the Village People would turn and run! :0)

Okey, I got a little washing to do, but I'm sure that everybody uses a clean towel when they use my equipment.
