Introduction
I started bodybuilding somewhere around 1999. I fell hard for the iron. I lifted for several years straight and got certified as an ISSA trainer. Then I had a kid and everything got put on hold. I see my old posts here are from about 2002 so I guess that means I stopped for 18 years. In the last 18 months I lost 65lbs and am pretty happy with my progress so far.
Goals and motivation
I am currently cutting to work up the nerve to enter my first contest in September!
