Just wondering what everyones Fitness/health goals are for 2007. They say you have a much better chance of achieving them if you write them down....So here are my goals for 2007.
Compete in 2 sprint triathlons Get 5km run under 25min Compete in 1 swim meet 1 unassisted chinup remain injury free continue to live an active and healthy lifestyle -------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there. -------------- The harder you fall, the higher you bounce |

Bench - 200

i wanna pack on a lot of weight, im not really worried about how much weight im pushing right now. I'm currently 5'8" 166 and im shooting for something like 185-195 come 2008. I can definitely use some help in the meal plan and nutrition area. I put in some serious weight since i started bodybuilding and now i seem to have reached a plateau. Top ten teen strongman nationals (175lb class).
Top 3 place NYS Empire Games Olympic lifting championship. Rochester's Strongest Man 175lb CHAMPION. Pull a fire truck in competition. USAPL National Powerlifting Champion (again). Deadlift more than Mutt. -------------- Iron and chalk. |

reach my goal weight of 115...
actually start taking one day of rest from workout and w/out feeling guilty squat properly with a barbell. be a positive role model |

I want to lose 15 more pounds (11 so far in 3 months)
Run 8-10 miles a week (currently not running at all - knees and back issues) Get body fat % down to the 12-15 range. |

I want to Get into a size 12 jeans
I want to be able to eat healthier. I want to be able to add weight to the bar when I bench. Be able to do a pullup. Get my bodyfat % down to a healthy level This is all I can think of for now but Im sure I could go on and on with this list:big_smile: -------------- A** kissing only works if you know which one to kiss. |

Do you only put in mileage or do you do shorter distances sometimes? I have some good ways to work on your pace to target your time :) |

Its one of our friends Motorcycles but he taught me how to ride it.
