I think for one thing you need to go and get consuling. 130lbs at 5 ft 7 is thin in my opinion. Losing more is not really a good thing.

Is that your real pic? If so I think you are real pretty. No point intented. 130 is a good weight and I think You should not give up. Just keep up the fitness training and be paitent. It takes time for real results. If you lose weight from an un-healthy life style you will not keep it off. You will be fighting this battle your whole life. Eat clean and exercise and your figure will be good forever.

Well I love her
But I love to fish
I spend all day out on this lake
And hell is all I catch
But today she met me at the door
Said I would have to choose
If I hit that fishin hole today
She\\\\'d be packin all her things
And she\\\\'d be gone by noon
Well I\\\\'m gonna miss her
When I get home (Brad Paisly)

I think you really need to seek some professional help. Google anorexia or eating disorders and find some reputable sites which may help. One site that was recommended here some time ago was www.normaleating.com

Also, you could have a look thru the overweight and eating disorder forum.

IMO 5'7" and 130lbs is not overweight!!!

Blaze.. as I've told you before, 130lbs at 5'7" is NOT overweight. It's a good weight and likely about right... continue with the healthy eating and exercise... and like everyone else above has said, maybe look for some help with eating.

5'7'' and 130 pounds is already pushing the limit. Sometimes it's hard to look in the mirror and see how other people view you. I know everytime I look in the mirror I still see myself a size 14, even though now I'm a size 4. It can be very difficult, and maybe if you feel like it's becoming an obsession, you should seek help. Don't let anorexia ruin your life, I've seen it with far too many people.

hmmm if you stop eating then you lose muscle - I"m sorry but girls without some muscle look really awful. I looked some mag when I was checking out & they showed pics of girls who were too thin & it made me want to throw up because they looked so sick.

Do you want to look sick or heathly??

She knows ALL of this...I understand this is cry for help fom you triple blaze......but you have become the little boy who crys wolf...you have posted the same things...over and over and over...for months..you step away for a little while after everybody tells you all of the same things...then come back with the same questions a few months later. It's almost like you WANT everyone to tell you how thin you already are..so you can say...no I'm fat.Enough is enough already...it's time for tough love...you need REAL help...people on this site cannot help you...When you go and talk to an adult you can trust, and you get real help, and you need our advice on how to stay strong with your illnnes, and how to maintain your weight in a healthy way...THEN come back.I know I am sounding harsh...but I think thats what you need...people coddeling you hasn't worked maybe this will...I like what wrestler says...the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results...these posts have become insane.

triple blaze go see a psychiatrist/psychologist or at least get some form of counseling....

the reason anorexia is so difficult to beat? because it manifests itself both physically and mentally....among many things it's a perception disorder....you look in the mirror and see a fat person even though u're skinny.....
