There are always tons of posts on what to eat prior to a workout. I thought it would be interesting to make post of things we have found maybe to not be so good pre workout.

I will start with Chinese Buffet! Bad news pre workout. :(

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

Good post. I have a hard time eating preworkout. Now that I have become accustomed to doing so, it isn't so bad. At first, I always felt sick by the time my workout was done. Probably due more to the fact that I rarely ate breakfast before deciding to get off my lazy butt and get in shape again!!

Bad Chicken, never a good chioce, but really poor pre-workout (wait, I better add that to the 'why do I puke after workout' thread).

Banana's are good the give a boost in energy but if you eat a unripe one then I can see it as real bad!
