I need a new monitor...pictures are dark on mine, but still awesome! I guess your hard work paid off. What type of competition was this (figure or bodybuilding)? Just in case I ever get the nerve to push myself that hard.

You look incredible. For the women who are afraid of lifting heavy and dont really understand how body builders look off stage. Would you mind posting your stats so they can understand that you are not "manly" built.

Joy - the back double bi and the side chest are such good shots!!!!!

Is the woman next to you your training partner?

It is so funny - on stage these women look really big, standing next to them they seem incredibly petite - not manyly at all (that is what my little sister said when I competed - "You look so big on stage, but you are so tiny in person").

I think there is such a misconception when it comes to how a woman body builder is "built". They dont realize that it does not make a woman less womanly.

I need to lose about 50 pounds and get very discouraged everytime I start a diet. I can't imagine having to work that hard for so long to to lose that much weight. Did you consistently work at it at first or did you just gradually work up to the point that you are now? What I mean, were you like I am now, do it for a couple days then quit and pig out for a couple then go back to it. Or did it really take you that muck working out?
