saying good bye for now

jnellie Posts: 924 Joined: 2002/02/24	2002/10/06, 10:52 AM well since i can not work out and my pinch nerve is not getting better i am going to say bye for now i need to put a little weight on for i still have the sunken face and do not have a good mind set since i have not worked out take it easy every body i will be back count on it......GOD BLESS YOU ALL

jnellie Posts: 924 Joined: 2002/02/24	2002/10/15, 06:14 PM well just thought i would say hi i have a twisted vertabra in my back...went to a chiropractor and he said it was pretty serious injury and to come back next week and to see what he could do i go back to my regular doctor on thursday to see what he has to say ...i guess the vertabra is pinching a nerve but it can be fixed not sure how but i will take it one day at a time i am pretty depressed but will hang in there every one take care ok bye
