Good Day... wow the abs were sore for the start of the core training... im really out of shape.. not discouraged at all.
Just have to keep telling myself once you start you can't stop. Even stoping for a week is not good..

I walked for 45 mins today *yippee*. I couldn't help but think about the day I break the 200lb barrier, and am about 195lbs or 190lbs.

cross training day: 30 min step aerobics in the morning. After school I did 55 minutes on the stair machine. After dinner I did 25 minutes of upper body strength training mixed with jump roping. Feel great.
