Hi I'm Kat. I'm 22 and I love feeling healthy but I always lose motivation so hopefully this site will help me build a support network that will keep me going.

Goals and motivation

I want to be an actress and I realise there is usually one main body type that is usually preferred in the acting industry. I'm quite happy with my body at the moment but I just want to give myself more opportunities by going down to a size 8 in a healthy way so I will know that I earned that body and didn't do it through starvation. I'm hoping to get stronger and fitter throughout my journey as well.

    I had to modify the BR routines by allowing extra rest time. I take 30 minutes to do a workout she does in 15. If you can do the workouts in the time allotted you'll be very fit.

    Practice running miles. When you get to 3, then go run 3 km. It will be easy peasy.
