I have made two new ASPR(after surgery Personal Records)
one was on bench 275x1 and the other was Sunday 17th 365x1 for sq. I feel unreal about it such a good feeling!

Last night: Worked to 275x1 Freaking nailed it easy so I went for 285 and got it! NEW pr!
