well i am now a 30 inch waist from a 37.5 body fat is 9 percent from 26 percent my abs are showing more and more but still have some fat my question is my face is looking like it is sunken in now should i stop at the 30 ich waist because i really can not to lose any more fat i think i have to give up my quest for the full six pack....any suggestions anyone....

Maybe you need a break jnellie. You are one of the best and most determinated people in here and you have achieved absolutely great results. Now maybe your body simply need a break....
How do you feel? Tired as well or okey?

i feel great the last 6 weeks i have been doing it all the ab program, lifting 4 days a week cardio 4 times a week at 45 minutes push ups i think i will take a break after the ab program in 3 weeks i am off the fat burners as of today those things really melt the fat when you exercise and cut down on the cardio a little people say i look great but relatives say they like the old j nellie better with the cute pudgy face i am going to put some weight on but it is going to be MUSCLE.....THANKS.....

I dunno if it matters really, but I'm at 6% and have a full sixpack, i don't 3% bodyfat could really make you look that much worse in the face. Perhaps try to gain on your traps a little more to have a muscular looking face area(lol).

I had the same problem at my last contest, was down to 4% bodyfat,but had the sunken face. But I wasn't about to turn back for anyone. I actually had people ask if I was getting sick. I did get 3rd in my contest though. this time around I am approaching things quite differently, I stayed around 10 pounds or so of my comp weight, and so I don't have to diet for 16 weeks for this one!! I think the thing to do is as my wife is doing now, she dieted for so long that she also is getting that way, now it is time for her to gain some weight(muscle). I think you reach a point, then muscle starts coming off instead of fat no matter what you do. Your body reaches the "set point" so to speak. I think then it is time to turn things around. You might get some ketone strips and check your urine for protein loss. You are an inspiration. I know this because my wife dropped 90 lbs. on her diet and exercise. Best of luck.

i am turning things around i am eating more and now i am at 8 percent i am eating more carbs and feeling better i would have to get to 5 percent bf to see my 6 pack no thanks thanks for the advice you look super there

i need some help i still have the sunken face am i eating enough people say i look sick i am lifting heavy and i thought i was eating more i weigh about 154 please tell me what to do i am getting confused about what to eat to gain weight here is what i basically eat
oatmeal bagel
peanut butter sandwhich tuna sandwhich salad brown rice or spaghetti vegtable
chicken vegtable cottage cheese
do you think that is enough that is just about what i eat during the day.....any comments would be appreciated
