Maybe you are overdoing it? Some people get sore very easily - others very rarely. try lowering your weights a little, you should be able to walk!

Are speaking of pain...or just sore...if you aren't injured...you'll be fine.I still get sore after doing weights for about 4 months now...not as bad as in the beginning...but still sore...a light workout and tylenol is a good cure for sore moscles..:)

if it's soreness rather than pain, enjoy the fact that your body is making progress. Just don't overtrain, because you build muscle outside the gym.

My guess is that it will ease up. When I first started, I too was so sore that I could not even walk good or had trouble brushing my hair (sight to see). Now, I still get sore but if someone did not know, they would not be able to tell

I look at the pain as a good thing....micro tears in the muscle means muscle growth and improvement. Just remember to rest (not just between sets) to allow for healing and growth.
