Wow, I think I'm the heaviest guy on here. I am 5'10" and 300 pounds. I want to lose 40 pounds this summer which is why I joined. My 8 week Weight Loss/ Training program starts next week and I'm going to pour my heart into it.
I'm also doing the Abs program, just to add a little more. |

I am only 20 years old and I weigh 210 pounds, when I became pregnant I gained 55 pounds I was up to 225 pounds since then I only lost 15 pounds. I just want to get back to 160

I believe i have everyone beat here, not that its a game or anything, but i am 5'9 and i have just reached a whopping 367. My goal is to be 167 which i might have been in eighth grade. I dont think i was ever skinny after i hit puberty. Once i hit puberty i just grew and i dont mean height. I mean width. I :love: myself, but i would :love: myslef more if i were able to enjoy life and not be depressed about my weight. :(

Hi everyone!!! I'm 27...210 lbs..5'1..need to get back to 140 lbs...please help...i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks by eating salads and grilled chicken for lunch and dinner, but have recently stopped...I have a food addiction..HELP!!! I can't stop wanting to eat..is there anything I can do that doesnt have a lot of exercise involved with rapid weight loss?

Hey klipse143. I've been on this FT programme for only 2 weeks now and although I have not lost any weight, I certainly lost a lot of centimetres! I eat all the time too, but instead of cup cakes and crisps, I will eat fruit, nuts and low fat yogurt. Eating 5-6 meals a day also helps because I'm constantly full. I know this might not be what you want to hear, but you're gonna have to cut (or at least tone down) on the processed foods.
Combining a healthy diet with exercise is going to speed up the weight loss and help you to stay motivated. Good luck! |

Hi everyone I'm new,
I'm 15 weigh 5ft 7in and 173 and want to be btw 150-160 by the end of the summer. I swim competitivley(so I exercise at least 2 hrs. a day 4-6 days a week) and eat very little junk food,if any. Any tips on what else I can do to loose weight fast |

I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. My goal is more to reduce my BF% to under 20% rather than lose lbs, although I wouldn't mind being closer to 120 lbs. I'm quite pleased with the current results of my hard work, but I'm working even harder now to lower my BF so I can get that great, lean & chiseled look!-------------- There is no better appetite suppressant than FOOD. |

Well... I am not comfortable with my weight at all... I mean I have worked on trying to get it down for almost a year and i have lost 30lbs. i would love to lose even more... and i will...but i need motivation... I start my freshman year at college next week and by the time i graduate in 4 years i would really like to be healthier...
my current weight is 210 ... my goal is to be at 130 by the time i graduate... if anyone has any words of wisdom they would be greatly appeciated..... :love: |

I'm 151 right now, my target weight being 120. I'm a teenager so 150 is a lot more than I should be. I have been training for about 2 years. I'm toned, but I want to lose the flab not gain muscle. :)

i am 5'1 and am about 130 right now, i have 2 kids(a five year old and a 5 month old) I started out at 105 lbs. i know i will never be back down to my size zero pants, but i am a rockclimber and would really like to see myself build back my muscle and loose about 15lbs of fat

I don't want to lose weight but gain it. I weigh 111.8 as of 9/30/2008, and i would like to gain at least 10pds. My metablism is high so it is difficult to gain weight. I need a work out that will help me build leg muscle.

52 years old female- Height 5'2"-Weight-137-goal 122-According to the BMI index, I am overweight. I think I look heavier than that since I am short. But I'm even more concerned about inches. I have 2 herniated discs and a chronic sore upper left foot so I don't know what safe exercises I can do to reduce my inches. Plus I am a junk food junkie. I absolutely love junk food-I was told years ago that I have a "fat" mind-so, with already these strikes against me, I'm afraid I may never reach my goals.

I am currently 135 lbs but I am only 5' so I look chubby and feel like it too. I use to be only 105 lbs but I am happy being only 110 to 120. I mostly just need to flatten what I have. :(

I'm 120 pounds and I want to become 100- 110 pounds soon. I' only 5'2" tall, and I'm not sure if I am really fat, but i researched and I found out that most of the girls like me should be 103 pounds, so that's what I'm aiming for. I get depressed a lot and sit in my room and cry and I feel like killing myself, so if I can loose some pounds I think I will feel better. I want to loose 10 pounds in 1 month at most, so I would appreciate it if you could help me.
