I put some images in my showcase. Over the last eight weeks I have lost 19 pouds of fat, 4.8 inches off of the abdomen and 3.3 inches off of the waist. I have also gained 2.5 inches on my shoulders and a half an inch on my arms. I look like a major corn ball in the pictures, but I can certainly see some progress. Hell there is even a little definition in my back. True, those love handles at the bottom obscure it, but I can see it starting. Anyway, just thought I would share.

I feel the same way about the pics. I am pretty shy about my body and feel like a dork posting pics, but they are good motivation and like asimmer said, they do show me that I am getting more results than the mirror seems to show me.
Great Job! We are rooting for you and can't wait to see the next set of pics in your next update!
