Well, I'm a model and with lots of shoots coming up I need fast and effective ways to work out, preferable to lose ALL fat and gain barely any muscle if possible. I'm 5'7 and weigh 125 currently but I hope to get down to about 110. I try and work out 2 hours/day cimbining the treadmill-elliptical-stationary bike. Lately I've been doing 100% fast walking for 90 minutes and stretches. I've been dieting down to aout 800 calories/day. I also drink meal-replacement shakes once daily.
My meals look like this:
1) breakfast = apple,green tea, tea-spoon honey.
2)lunch = 3 Finn Crisp crackers, 1/2 serving peas and corn boiled, 1 slice chicken breast, 1 raw plum.
3)Last meal (3pm) = meal replacement shake.
Then I work out for 2 hours burning at least 600 calories but the pounds arent peeling off!! Please help...Any suggestions??? Yeah, and I'm 15 y.o. Desperately need a way to control cravings, supress appetite, effective workout for fat-burn...Any advice at all is MUCH appreciated. Thanks!

Eat more. I may be wrong, but I think you are starving yourself. If you don't get enough food into you, your body kicks into starvation mode and saves everything. Five or six small meals a day. 800 calories isn't enough.

Yep, metabolism has probably slowed to a crawl in response to starvation perception by the body. Probably need to reset metabolism.

You are definitely eating way to little and not enough protean. Try eggs or egg whites in the morning, maybe with whole grain cereal or toast. A snack throughout the day -- skim milk cheese or nuts. A salad at lunch with lots of veggies and a meat, or any lean meat and veggies on the side, brown rice, or whole wheat pasta. For dinner you need real food a lean meat, veggies, cottage cheese, tuna chicken breast, sea food etc...

The following website is a Basal Metabolic Rate calculator... BMR is the amount of calories you need just to be alive, if you were to lay in bed all day and not move... it says you need about 1440 calories per day.

ditto to the other forum thing. And also stop what your doing, except eating and do more of that. Be smart. Alot can be gained from this site, like I mentioned in the other forum, if this is your daily intake and workout regimen, you need to get your parents involved asap!
