What to do? LOl just wondering what else you all do? I love squats and DL and Good Mornings. What are your fav?

My GHR work makes me feel like a sissy so you know it's doing something good.

I've been liking the front squats lately as well and then some SLDL.

I am actually starting to love deep squats and leg extension for the burning feeling i get during the reps , it hurts but feels good . :dumbbell:

Mutt there are a ton of variations with squats and deadlifts.

Step Ups are another option.

I don't really concider a good morning a "leg" excercise.

If your just wanting massive legs, leg press actuualy hypertrophies the quads the best. Then there is also hack squats.

power cleans if done in a deep squat will work legs.


usualy when traing squats I do my normal squats...6x2depending on my weight for the day...


then i do 2x10 wide stance

3x5 close stance.
