Havent really heard bad things about EAS...

I tried Cell Tech...about two years ago...lifted twice a day and put on about 10-15 pounds of muscle...i like it...but not the taste. Had alot of sugar as well and ok taste.

I'm looking to put on some muscle and strength for baseball...im already hitting ground rule doubles...dead center...bout 365-375ft....want the extra boost

Don't look to supplements for an edge. You'll waste your time and money. To be a power hitter you need to train the muscles that help your swing. Phosphagen - or any supplement for that matter - will not make you hit balls out of the park.

It's creatine and sugar, a truckload of sugar... You'll certainly retain water and maybe get a little boost in power, thats about it... Imho, any extra size you put on will be from storing the sugars (this stuff 4x a day? yikes) and water.

The point here is this: DON'T WORRY ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS! To gain lean mass, eat lean foods. Take care of your diet first, as that is most important. You must consume mass to to be more massive: eat big to be big.

taking a creatine based supplement will help you to build muscle which will help to increase you power.

On a side note, for some of the other people, if supplements won't increase one's hitting power, than What Did Barry Bonds and Mark McGuire admittingly take that helped them get stronger to beat the records they have?????????//

I believe most of us here encourage diet and weights first and foremost...once you have mastered those two things..and you are starting to see the results the you are wanting, then the next step is mastering the supplements..and even then, its all in moderation and ones own goals... :)

First off, it's not a good point. It's barely a tangible thought, let alone a good point. You're taking advise from someone comparing anabolic steriods to phosphagen and sugar. Seems like a clear case of hearing what you want to hear.

Second, you clearly value the opinion of your cousins more than anyone here, so why did you come here to ask in the first place? Believe it or not, many of us are personal trainers, some of us farely accomplished (I'm after my first degree, and I believe J is CSCS), and ALL of us have been "hitting the weights".

And third, after all this, you still arrived at the same conclusion. Good luck, and train hard.
