Impressing the ladys with a six pack.

wreslerball18 Posts: 8 Joined: 2004/11/24	2004/11/30, 08:18 PM Hey all. I was wondering about getting a sexy six pack for the ladys. I am signed up for the special ab training program here at freetrainers.com, but it is only 2 days a week. Should I do that and then everynight, before I go to bed, do about 50 crunchs? Or does anyone know a better method? Thanks.

How is your muscle tone now? If you are not satisfied with your muscle size, you may want to rethink your 6 pack idea. If it is a fling, I would suggest getting your body in check and letting it do the work for you. I have always picked up women based solely off of my looks. Well, to have abs showing, diet is essential. You have to tap fat stores to get abs to show. (if you do not change your diet, abs will not show) Doing this means a caloric deficit. benching Posts: 125 Joined: 2004/03/14	2004/12/01, 07:51 PM not really sure how an encyclopedia would help a 15 yr old,me myself being a 16yr old. as long as you can carry a simple conversation and arent to rude ull get along no need to be avant-garde. as for the abs,how much do u weigh and how tall are you???i agree with bb1 on the matter that havin abs and absolutely no muscle is kinda funny.

Think about it... the most famous nerd in the world is also the richest man alive... now I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a six pack. In my opinion (apparently worth two cents) a six pack will only get you so far... if you can't string a sentence together then who the heck wants to talk to you? What planet are we living on? Wrestler, you do not need to be a scientist in order to get girls. So dont go around thinking that you need to have a 4.0 GPA to get chicks. The truth of the matter is that you need to be yourself. If you want to get in the gym and get buff and cut and lean or whatever, more power to you. I guarantee you that women will be attracted to you if you take care of yourself because they like that stuff. You do not need to read enyclopedias in order to be intelligent. My final advice to you. Don't workout for the ladies. Workout for yourself and the ladies will come. -------------- I am not conceited; I am convinced.

Fabulous nail color which does not chip and has a coordinating lip color I believe that this covers all the things women consider essential. On the average, women prefer to see strength and fabulousness in the body of men. HOWEVER, they do not choose solely on the basis of this visual desire. Most often, brains and attentiveness will beat out brawn when it comes down to the choice....to include the whole "fling" thing my husband spoke so knowledgedly about. Being well cared for and groomed is a big key to getting noticed...but not chosen. :big_smile: So my suggestion is that while you are working your diet for a six pack, you should also be making yourself ever aware that just one slip up of an insensitive nature or the slightest air of inhumility (is that a word?)will make all six of them the equivelant of shiny, custom rims on a car in the salvage yard.
