:)It was a really difficult thing to do but I finally did it. I will start tonight on my own, well with my husband who just joined the gym last night. He is retiring from the Army (as of June 1) and has agreed to workout with me. He already has a new job and was just diagnosed with Type II Diabetes so he knows he needs the exercise. It is scary not having my trainer, but I always have you all out hear.

That is a WHOLE LOT OF INFO, I had a trainer for 14 months. BUT, thank goodness the two who have trained me have agreed to help if I need it. I am excited and scared at the same time.

Congratulations!! That is wonderful, it can be a little scary going in there and making your own decisions what to do instead of having someone tell you..
Are you following an ft plan or making your own? Either way you will find your rhythm in no time.. Good Luck!

I was going to try an FT Plan but I have been working with weights 3 days per week and doing full body each time. When I needed a change we would go with upper body one night, lower body the next and full body the next. On FT it looks like you do the whole body but over the entire week. I don't know if this would be enough exercise for me or not?:surprised:

Long time no see Deby. Welcome back. The FT workouts may even be harder if you use the right amount of weight. But you can do what many here do and add exercises or reps to them. The arm workout FT gives me is almost never enough so I add to it. Back and leg days are killer enough so I leave them be.
You can do this.

I have not had time to even look at the internet recently! But this was the first place I called up when I had time. It is great to be back. I know I will get all the help I need to stick with it. Thanks.

Hey deby! You can do it! You have been training long enough to switch to an upper lower split or a 3 on one off type of split. I think a ft program could really benefit you!
Don't be scared - if your trainers were good, they have taught you all you need to know to go it on your own!!!

Definitely a lot of WONDERFUL peeps on here!!!:) I am waiting right now for my husband to get home so we can go work out. I cannot believe how nervous I am about this, this is really ridiculous. I am printing out our FT workouts. I will let you know how the first night went. Thanks for being there. I am the type of person who needs the outside influence to stick with it.:dumbbell::laugh:
