2 years properly i would say with 2 major setback times where i pretty much had to start from scratch.

3 and a half weeks lol. Well most recently. I worked out in boot camp, nothing ever prior to that, and all failed attempts after that until recently.

Have done some type of cardio forever, but have seriously wt trained for about 1.5yrs--made all the difference!

Going on 7 years. I've made more progress in the past year than I have in the other six.

ive been workin out for 2 weeks and i can already see a difference. all you guys are really great with all the help you give and i thank you all for that..........

uh... probably around 2.5 years off and on with about 1 year nonstop. i have noticed huge changes, mostly weight loss... but i can see a lot more definition and i dont look like the blob anymore...

I picked up a weight for the 1st time 166 weeks ago. I used machines. Finally got a freeweight set and some dumbbells 11 weeks ago.
