So far I have the surgery date set for August 21st, woohoo and then after revocery I can start getting back in shape to where I was, it has taken it's toll on me physically and mentally. but i wanted you to all know that I am thinking of you and miss you all much! -------------- Bettia.... Been under a huge amount of stress at work and also at home (I won't go into detail - no need to bore everybody)- lucky for me there is the gym! I spend a vast amount of time there burning all this stress away - and I can say that at least my fitness level has improved tenfold. I can go into the gym feeling totally bummed and frustrated, workout very hard, then leave feeling as if a huge weight has lifted and sometimes even with a nice contented smile on my face... Never thought it would provide me with piece of mind - what a nice added benefit! Enough about me - how is your back? And RB - she sounds much better - hope everything is going well....:)

Got burned here lately but in my heart, I know there are still good guys out there...just hate going thru the dating process all over again..it's so hard plus actually - right now - my heart isn't in it. Good thing is my weight is down now to 112 which is about where I want to be. Now to keep on keeping on with working out.

It is hard, when you are used to doing everything for yourself and others, to sit back and be taken care of. But RB, it is worth it and will only speed your recovery, <shaking my finger at you> so bite the bullet and stay put.
