You have to workout, yourself.

Huh?
I don't understand your question.
There is an at-home workout, if that is what you are asking, but you have to do the workout. You can print out the workouts, so you know what to do, and you can look up the exercises so that you know how to do them, but there is no instructional video for each workout...
Did that answer your question?

Does it come in x box? I like the idea of working out but if it's available in x box I won't have to sweat so much.

Actually, there is an x-box personal trainer, but you still have to do the work out yourself...:)

What were they thinking? And why haven't they come up with a PS2 version? Guess I'll have to go out and buy an XBox to reach my goals.:laugh:

There is a PS2 version. The Yourself! Fitness provides food plans, exercise plans, and allows you to manage your weight. A very good game for PS2 and X-box.
