Even though you didn't know I was away from the boards I am back. Alot of new posts and new people, this place just keeps growing.
I haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks, and was just doing outdoor cardio.
I'll be back at the gym on Mnday and back into the swing of
the bells.

I thought it had been a while since I had seen anything from you. So you enjoyed your time outside? Is this when I make the joke about there only being 6 weeks of summer in Canada? ;o) Welcome back!

Kirby...yes 6 weeks of summer plus a day, we had a bonus of 29 degrees here today, actually wasn't too bad, We hare having high humidity though which makes it seem hotter.

Missed all of you, and hope you are all in tip top shape as usual.
The real problem that I have now is KrispyKreme opened 5 min from my house! arrrrg.

OH NOOOOOOO NOT KRISPY KREME!?!?!? I have that weakness too. Especially on Sunday's when I want donuts while I read my paper...lol. I got through last weekend without one though, and went by there 4 times this week without stopping. Why can't we make a high protein, low fat donut that tastes that good? Keep dreaming, right?

You know, it is very possible to make a high protein donut, and low fat. It's just a matter of taste.
My family is in the bagel business in Montreal and there is 17 varieties, now getting into grain and organic kinds, so if it is possible with bagels it should be a sinch with a donut.
When do we start?

Jessica the tendonitis is almost gone, I have been doing some self therapy with 7lb db's at home. On Monday it's the real thing, and I can't wait.

Azon.....the fence eh? I hurt my tendon in my arm doing my neighbours' fence. Needless to say, I didn't get mine done, and was out of training since. I was back last night at it, and the arm is ok.
Nice to see you Ravens back here also.

Hey carivan - looks like a bunch of us have been playing hooky from the gym. I had the move from Hades and haven't been in the gym for over a month and a half myself. I think that's the most I've missed in 30 years. Quit being so cheap and buy a nail gun and lose the hammer and you might quit hurting yourself. You're not getting any younger you know. :)

Mike.... your too funny man! I had to bang in these big spikes
3ft into the ground to set the posts into. The rest was screwed with cordless tools. Those dam spikes...don't use them.
Glad to have you back
