You see heres the problem why Azon and Ravenbeuty don't have marbles RW.....
They have square heads and if you ever tried to fit round marbles into something sqare, it isn't gonna happen.
Eh AZON? (I guess I better run now!)

Now now your not nice! My square head whats up withthat?

OK here's some new stats on BF. I got my PT to do the caliper test, heres the numbers.
Triceps 6mm
biceps 4mm
back 15mm
abs 8mm
calf 7.5mm

This is pinching the skin and mm equals millimeters.
So I am pretty happy but still needs alot of work.
October is plenty of time.

I have a triathelete starting to work with me now. She is trying to get me to run a sprint triatholon in October. Oh boy, this is gonna take a lot! Not as much as a real one, but 1/2 mile swim (I received my LG training from the Corps, no sweat here), 3 mile run (oh oh, trouble), 15 miles on bike (ouch my tush!!!)

Looks like everyone is stepping it up a bit!!

Argh, that bodyfat web site killed me! It lowered my body fat (still too high) and made fun of my stomach! Haha. It stated something like 50 pounds of fat weight and 176 of lean muscle. Ok, gotta concentrate more on the middle!!! Just did measurements last night for that site, no huge changes yet here either....

Ok My thighs and glutes are aching, feels like I'll never be able to sit again. Great leg day. Even did an Extra rep for bb1fit!

Heres the new stats some changed and some are the same.

Neck 15.5 was 16
Chest 40 was 39.25
Biceps (relaxed) 13.5 was 12.25
Forearm 11 no change
wrist 6.75 no change
waist 34 no change
thigh 20.75 was 22.25
calf 14 was 14.25

Weight is 171.5 was 168 (better have protien shakes instead of Hienekin).
Still at 21% bf.

Very pleased once again but still far to go. Guess I'll have to keep doing this till I'm 95.

Ok wanted to update as well:
For the first time in a long while I got 2 days of cardio in last week.
I (according to the gym scale so not too sure about this) have lost 12 lbs.
I am almost to a 19 inch arm it now stays at 18 3/4 cold.
I can see much more defintion in the upper body and the legs as well. So all in all the gains are starting to come out . Look out ya'll!

OH man, I am one hurting pup today! After legs and shoulders last night, I started my water acclimation (for the triathalon) I thought I would take it easy and do 10 minutes of treading water, 10 minutes of flutter kicks, and 5 laps in my pool (that is 1/11 of the actual race length)

Let me just say that I now understand that nauseous feeling some get after a workout. I literally felt like my legs were made of rubber...

But today is monday, back to main goal, kicking butt. I will post new stats in two weeks.

Okay, I'm getting in here late but here goes...

Height = 5'1.5"
Weight = 111 lbs Body fat = 20.1% (89 lbs lean, 22 lbs fat)
Biceps: Flexed: Right = 12? Left = 11.5
Relaxed: Right = 10.5 Left = 10.5?
Chest: 33?
Hips: 36?
Waist: 27?
Thighs: Right = 21? Left = 20.5?
Calves: Right = 13.5? Left = 13.5?
Neck: 16 3/4?

I'm doing the progressive gains workouts on a 3 day split; just started this week so this will be a good way to track my progress. :) Warming up on the treadmill and doing a few minutes cardio after my workout, depending on how much time I have left on the gym childcare meter. LOL Also doing the fat loss nutrition plan. I'd like to get my bf down a few points w/out losing a lot of size. I love the ft workouts and just got a gym membership - so my main challenge is trying not to spend *too much* time at the gym. LOL Have been sore ever since. :) I tend to be all or nothing on my diet so I'm hoping this will be a good way to hold myself accountable.

Thanks everyone for letting me join in!

Welcome Jessica and good Luck. You will get some good motivation from this. I read your other thread and sounds like you are really motivated.
I'm finishing off my last workout tomorrow after an 8 week ft program. Taking 1 week off to rest and getting back in another routine.

The canuck is gonna have bragging rights in October!

Ok but do not hit anyone...who else it does not have to be a lot of weight, you just must have the drive tolift as much as you can and lover it even if it is pink girlie weights like TSMD uses.....

Height = 5'1.5"
Weight = 112 lbs Body fat = 18.9% (91 lbs lean, 21 lbs fat)
Biceps: Flexed: Right = 12
Relaxed: Right = 10
Chest: 33
Hips: 35.75
Waist: 27
Thighs: Right = 20.7 Left = 20.5
Calves: Right = 13.5

I am in a hurry this morning so I didn't attempt to measure my left bicep flexed. LOL

Well, something might be working here.....? Too soon to tell!

After my tricep day last week I swear I couldn't even lift those little pink dumbells by the time I got to my lying extensions... Mutt, your sig came to mind because I don't think I could have even itched my nose! LOL At least not while I was lying on the bench!

I went ahead and decided that I am going to post this anyways, even though I haven't worked out in two weeks nad have gained back some of my weight. I realized that even this plays an important role in my comp because it is during the process. I am starting on track again today even if I can just get out a fifteen minute walk, so be it. Anyways, here goes, believe me when I say it took a lot of humility to post this.

As of June 9th:

Weight: 174 lbs Bf % 22.25

Biceps: Relaxed: Right: 12" Left: 12"
Flexed: Right: 13 1/2 " Left: 13 1/4"
Chest: 42 1/4"
Hips: 42"
Waist: 38"
Shoulder: 41"
Thigh: Right: 23 1/2" Left: 22 1/2"
Calves: Right: 16 1/4" Left: 16 1/8"
Neck: 14 1/4"

This will motivate me to actually see it when I get back on here other then putting the piece of paper away that I write them on.

I'd love to get involved in this competition, because I need some real motivation at the moment, but unfortunately I don't think I can dedicate enough time to it at the moment. I'm graduating Highschool next week, working here in town for July, during August I'm going off on a Soldier Qualification course. I have no idea what my time after that is looking like, so maybe we'll have to have a late starters competition?

I'd join for July, but I don't think I'll see any major gains over the next 5 weeks.

Get all the new guys together when I'm good to go and we'll show you all!
