It actually cost me $2.59 for a tape measure, I used to use a string. Oh well.
Heres the numbers::
Neck 16
Chest 39.1/4
Biceps (relaxed)12 1/4
Forearm 11
wrist 6 3/4
Waist 34
thigh 22 1/4
calf 14 1/4

Oh, and the BF according to the handy dandy Tanita 21%.
Bodyweight 168.
So here we go, or, here I continue my quest to get leaner.

Actually tonight I couldn't even lift a pencil! I had a great shoulder, chest, and tricep workout yesterday. Just feeling the pain is awsome!

Thanks for the support, I'm aiming for 32 inch waist.
I will be training tomorrow, doing ...back, biceps, & forearms. then 30 min elipticle. woohooooo have to give asimmer a fight for her buck!
And for Mutt....I'll be lifting my own weight or more on the deadlift! I'll post the results.

Awesome!!! Go for it those heavy deadlifts and shrugs as well as haeavy bent rows and chins are why I gained almost a inch to my forearms and 3/4 of an inch to my arms in 4 months....well worth the pain.

carivan,

is it better to increase weight on your sets? I have been going though with the same weight and am pretty burned in the 4th set. dont know if i could possibly go up! of course, i have only been hitting the weights again for the past 2 weeks.

Yes it is better to increase if you can. Why lift the same weight over and over? Try to add 5-10lbs onto each set if you can do nto be afraid to miss the reps if you stay in 6-10 range you will build muscle......good luck

Hive it time jhadams. Your muscles and body are getting used to the new routine you are putting it through. At the beginning you will see some fantastic changes.Try and increase the weights on the next workout for the same muscle on the 2nd or 3rd set, like mutt said 5-10lbs.
