I'm now down to 312. That's still alot, but down from 354. Loss of 42 lbs. People are starting to notice and I'm getting positive comments. I had plateaued there for about the last month...but lost 3 lbs the last couple days, so I'm starting another descent. lol It's a stair-step process.

Thanks for the kind words guys and gals. I really appreciate it. Actually....I don't really understand my weight loss yet. I stay the same for awhile, then I drop alot. Since this post, I'm down to 309 or so. And I'm NOT starving myself. lol, I'm eating normally. Maybe my scale's batteries are running low.... ;) Oh well, as long as it's happening, I won't complain. haha
