I'm now down to 312. That's still alot, but down from 354. Loss of 42 lbs. People are starting to notice and I'm getting positive comments. I had plateaued there for about the last month...but lost 3 lbs the last couple days, so I'm starting another descent. lol It's a stair-step process.

Hi Alan,
Wonderful news on the weight loss. I lost 50 lbs over two years ago after gaining that during the baby years. I cant wait to see your progress...Wow wait till you get to the end of the rainbow. Be prepared for a different type of howdy from people. Good luck and I'll look for your progress as time goes by. OH...Happy New Year 2003!

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Thanks for the kind words guys and gals. I really appreciate it. Actually....I don't really understand my weight loss yet. I stay the same for awhile, then I drop alot. Since this post, I'm down to 309 or so. And I'm NOT starving myself. lol, I'm eating normally. Maybe my scale's batteries are running low.... ;) Oh well, as long as it's happening, I won't complain. haha
