That's motivational for all of us. Great going for ya!
So as an achiever, a mover and shaker in the business of muscle gain and fat loss... can I be so crude as to ask?

How about doing a thread here for instance, of a typical days food intake for you with a mention of height/weight stats to give us a guide of how you achieved it ?

Well, the final results are in!

I just got my bf% results in yesterday afternoon. I was totally amazed and had to ask if they were really correct. Anywayzz, I ended up going from 23.5% bf to 10.6!!!!! I am still in shock and don't quite believe it. I was told that my abs would've shown more but since I lost so much bf, the skin is still quite loose and my abs also may need more development. So, I ended up losing a total of 26.4 lbs. of bf and gained 14.16 lbs of lean muscle.

Have a great week everyone!

WOW. That is pretty impressive fitinboise. Where did you get those calculations if you don't mind me asking? Did you go to the doctor?

Hi, thanx all!

I actually got the measurements from start to finish from a certified trainer here in Boise at fitness 19. I took some photos this saturday but am gonna re-take them this afternoon in light of my bf calculations yesterday. YOu can see my progress in my profile, there is a link to where they (photos) are there. I posted my after pic here yest, but it just hasn't loaded up yet.

Have a great day! :)

Hi Valrash,
Thanx for the feedback! That makes it that much more worth wile. I read your profile. You can hit those goals man! It is all about goal setting and focusing in on them. Do not let anything or anyone detract you from them.

Good Luck Man, and have fun at Basic! I actually went from 145 lbs to 165 lbs. In Basic. Basic sucked but I loved the PT, believe it or not. You will get into great shape! I was a rail when I went in. hee hee
