I'm also looking for some cardio workouts. I haven't found anything on FT with cardio. Does FT have a cardio section or am I missing it? If not can someone help me with maybe a site address or suggestions. THANKS

You are too young! Just joking! Actually, I wish I was as dedicated to change as you are when I was 15.
As far as cardio, Try running every other day for starters. If you are really agressive, try HIIT (do a search on this site for ideas on this). To be honest, You will have to do exercise with a combination of good eating to attain your goals.

Well as many others have said Cardiovascular is more for your heart, but it will definitley help you shed weight. I would recommend ( and I sugguest you get someone else's opinion ), doing weight lifting 3-4 times a week, and maybe going out on a 45 minute walk / run ( depending on whats more comfortable for you ) 3 days a week. Weight lifting is great because you will gain muscle that in turn will boost your metabolism and burn fat off. This accompanyed with a good diet I think would really help you out. As far as weight training, you should try some of the programs they have here, as they seem to be quite good.

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see a box, type in HIIT there and you will get a ton of info about HIIT.

1) Cardiovascular Exercise is exerising the heart and lungs, the cardiovascular system. Typically it's any exercise that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for an extended length of time. It needs to be in your target heart rate zone. I believe there is a target heart rate calculator on this site.
2) This is a good site for beginners in exercise.
Welcome to FT. There is a ton of information on this site.. look around and ask away!
