Well, went to the doctor today and apparently I have to quit for a month. He says I must've injured my shoulder early on and kept working it so now I have tendanitis. I am really unhappy about this. ANY NEW PEOPLE READING THIS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PAINS!!!
I'll be back.....

lots of cardio?.. does this mean your going on that cut earlier than you intended?.. or did you already start it.. I think I was on chat w/ a few weeks ago and you said you were going to bulk a while longer...

That sucks Cain! But, at least it is only one month and you can still get your cardio in.

Umm, yeah I am going to do cardio to stay active. I can't really go into a cut without lifting..

Oh.. wasn't sure because I don't do either.. ah well.. maybe you can do lower body exercises.. squats... crunches.. I mildly hurt my shoulder for two weeks once (I pulled it or something.. but it hurt like he11 if I tried to lift any weight with it).. I just avoided things that required me to use it until it felt better...

We talked earlier about this system of one set per exercise..... Well this will never give you big muscles but it can help you to KEEP your strength.
Oh yes and then cardio and the cutting, why not now?
Just remember to keep the protein intake high.

Best luck to you Cains, and come back soon!!!!!

just think of it this way, cain: it is a temporary set back which you will recover from. the rest wont kill ya, and it will give you even more ferocity when you come back!

best of luck to ya.

Dude, that's a major bummer! But acute tendinitis is no joke. I had major tennis elbow until I rested and took 2 months off of tennis. That was 2 years ago. It hasn't recurred since.

Besides, the rest will do you good! You can still work your legs (no squats though) and calves in the meantime.

Cool (about your resolve that is). I am sure you'll pull through this fine. The rest is often a blessing. You'll be so ready to rock. Eat well.

You still checking in right?
