I have done a full body workout since I started, which was 5 days ago and I will continue with that today. My cardio will be working in the yard today, the same as it was yesterday. I've also included some lower ab and facial exercises to my program. Got to get fit everywhere.

arms abs back and cardiac... started training regularly 45 years ago. Haven't stopped.

Today I did planks, wall push ups (head stand push ups) and I did one hundred crunches.

Yep this morning before I went to bed ...I know that sounds wierd.

I used the work out at home and this was my 1st day of using this site.
I did crunches (as best I could), chest stretches, stretches for abs and calves. I did some weight lift moves using 3-5lb cans etc.
It was fun to see what I could do, not so fun to see what I couldn't do, but  over all a good experience.

I will technically be working out again today, but that is so I get on schedule of doing it in the evenings.

I work as an  in-home health aide for 4 days a week... I found a creative way to work out there , but I did it!!!

I work as an  in-home health aide for 4 days a week... I found a creative way to work out there , but I did it!!!

Walked for 5.6km before the thunder and lightening began. My wonderful husband showed up in the car 54 where are you? as my night in shining armour. Would have prefered to finish the walk though!

---Hi today I started my Cardio but only did 10mins on the Stepper and did core exercises to help with my lower back pain.
