We have a clown that loads up like a deadlift does 1 deadlift then about 3 to 5 1 inch curls, it's plain out f'n funny.

He curls the load up maybe a inch and then acts like he just done some badass shit!

Is it just me, or does what he did look like one day it'll completely ruin his back?

I am new to exercise and I do my bicep curls in the squat rack. As it seemed like a logical place to do them. Am I committing an unspoken no no?

Yes, run as far away from the squat rack as humanly possible if you need to do curls.

I don't have anything against cheat curls, but that's a bit ridiculous.

Though with that kind of hip extension, he might consider getting into olympic lifting.

If thats how you do real curls then my max should be like 300 lbs! I can't wait to start curling like a champ! Who'd a thought a 16 year old would know so much about good form!

Watch that kids other videos. He has a 1 arm DB curl with 140 lbs. and tons of other good stuff...

If you need a belt for curls, there's probably something wrong.
