Im new to weight training and I just recently found my favorite excerise, the Hammer curl! It really hits the arms. What is everyones fav, cause maybe Im missing out!

flat bench flye - sound boring?....lie flat on the bench but instead of having your feet on the ground raise them into a 'crunch' position. This seems to direct more stress to the chest muscles especially on the downward motion and really stretches the pecs when you hit bottom.
Practice with light weights as you no longer have your feet on the ground for stability so balance is key to staying safe.

The Frog Stance Hack Squat. This is also called the Gironda hack slide because Vince Gironda came up with it...

Deadlift. Biggest movement and makes me feel like I can move a house. Even though my weights pale in comparison to others.

Squats deadlifts chins dips..any compound movement
