i have been doing one diet and have success, but i am getting bored with it and i dont want to get so bored i wont do it anymore! so i think im gonna try a new one and i want to see what people think.
in the morning i'll eat cheerios or some other healthy cereal
around lunch drink a meal replacement shake
then around 4 or so eat fruit and yogurt
then for dinner eat tuna, chicken, or something else good and high in protein
then after i workout drink a protein shake
??? what do ya'll think???

I think you'll starve to death. You should really take a look at the diet forum. I don't think there is near enough protien in this nor enough calories.

Agreed with Tim. If muscle/hardness is your goal, you will be defeating the purpose with so little food.

but how am i gonna lose weight if im stuffing my face all day? and any suggestions on what else to eat

i dont read where anyone has told you to *stuff your face*...but you have to give your body *fuel* to work.. with the right balance of foods...protein, carbs(complex and fibrous) and healthy fats....its fairly early in the a.m, so my math may be off, but from what you posted your barely getting in 1000 calories..you need to research and find out your BMR and then your caloric deficit..dont cheat yourself from eating what you can and should be...
as a few of the mods on here can confirm i was/am one of the hardest headed ppl when it comes to eating enough...now im slowly eating alittle more and it feels good..i have more energy and im becoming harder and leaner...
continue to read the stickies on the forum boards here..educate yourself....and once you *believe* then you will see better and better results :D
