hello..I have been following my fitness program now going on 3 weeks. I joined FT at the same time i joined a gym..
But i really really really want to work my chest more..I have lost 40# and alot i have lost in my chest..and they are not, lets say, the way i would like them to look :(
I know we are only suppose to work certain body parts once a week, but what can i get away with..i really want to work my chest more than that..i want slightly faster results..i know i know, i have to be realistic. but that is why i am asking..

Fat does not care where it comes from. Unfortunately breast tissue is comprised of highly of fat.
No matter how much you work your chest area, they will not 'grow' or get firm. You are working the muscle that lies beneath.
That being said, you could work your chest twice per week, no problem.

Give it some time, might get tighter by shrinking up a bit, otherwise I guess you had better start saving up for those implants:)
