With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.

One of the reasons this site is so special is the family like friendships some of us make. I am tired of the lack of respect some newer members show. Maybe tried is not a good enough word maybe upset, mad and dissappointed. There is at times a play like banter that is used between some of the older memebers and while I am not saying that you have to be here for X amount of time, but at least feel people out a bit. I had a conversation going with someone that I hold with great respect, and feel about this person like they are part of my family. I have not heard form this person in a while and was chatting in the chat room with them. Two of the newer members came in and proceded to rudely break up the chat. I asked one of them 3-4 times to just be quite a bit that was all I asked. I swear to GOD I will not react nicely next time that happens, I am apologizing now if this takes some the wrong way...so be it. JUst ask that we all respect each other... -------------- When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. KC_72 Posts: 3,249 Joined: 2006/05/19	2006/11/13, 11:36 AM There seems to be a mute button...when you run the cursor over the chatters names it asks if you want to mute...I haven't tried it yet...but that may help when your trying to have a decent converstaion..if you can't see what the kiddies are saying...the thing with children is if you ignore them...they tend to go away..if they see they have gotten under your skin...it becomes a game...and they will never quit.

It gets frustrating trying to read a topic you think might be useful to you, only to see half the posts deleted. I for one, say that if you have to have more than a few posts deleted then you need to be gone :)
