For lift??? Could you be a bit more specific? Do you mean for lifting? Or for extra jump maybe in sports like basketball?

Sorry. Yes, I mean for lifting. Specifically, does really make a difference what kind of shoe I wear for lifts like squats or DL or anything that invloves my feet/legs? For example: running shoes over say basketball or soccer shoes.

Simply a good fitting atheletic tennis shoe will work fine.

Mutt and menace have a preferance for pumps...6 inch heels if I remember correctly.

Ugh. If I catch either you or menace in high heel pumps... :angry:
I'm a fan of anything flat soled with a decent amount of support. I personally lift in wrestling shoes, but HIGHLY recommend the old school chuck taylor all stars (By Converse) as one of the best shoes for lifting. Cheap too.
